Since 2012, Michael has been advising clients (both businesses and individuals) in disputes and litigation. His knowledge and experience ensures that disputes are resolved in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Michael also has experience in business and commercial law. This ensures that he is able to view his clients’ disputes from a commercial perspective. His knowledge of commercial law also means that he has a sound understanding of the nature of commercial agreements.
Michael advises clients in building and tenancy disputes (both landlord and tenant), commercial debt recovery and partnership disputes. He provides advice to both individuals and businesses that are facing insolvency and the threat of bankruptcy. Michael also works on complex insolvency matters advising Liquidators, Creditors and Bankruptcy Trustees. His down-to-earth approach ensures that his clients’ disputes are resolved in a timely fashion.
In 2010 Michael graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Laws. He commenced his traineeship year with the firm in 2011 and gained experience in both litigation and business law.
Michael has been a principal of the firm since January 2019.
