She also practises in the fields of planning and licensing, both in relation to liquor licensing and gaming transactions. Bruce was admitted to practice law in 1964. He has over 50 years of service to Williams Winter, having conducted his entire legal career at the firm. Bruce was a principal of Williams Winter from 1967 to 2007 and the Managing Partner of the firm for many years during that time. Read More

Bernie was admitted to practice law in 1970 and has over 45 years of experience in representing clients of all walks of life. Bernie was a principal of the firm from 1972 to 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne. Read More

Jeremy attended Monash University and completed a Bachelor of Laws in 2013. He completed the Practical Legal Course at Leo Cussen and was admitted to practice law in February 2015. Read More

In 2013, Carmel completed a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Spanish and Minor in International Studies) and a Bachelor of Laws at Monash University (with Honours). She commenced with Williams Winter in early 2014. After completing her traineeship year, Carmel is now honing her skills in commercial litigation and personal injury law under the direction of Adam Brutovic and Bernard McMahon. Read More
